Birding at Banjaar Tola

My biggest surprise has been the prolific birding in India - Particularly good at this time of year due to the migration from Siberia.

To name a few of what I saw :-
Hoopoo - my all time favourite, just as in Africa and The Indian Roller, similar to size and colour to Africa's Lilac Breasted Roller
Jungle Babler, Gray Wagtail, Rufus Treepie, Changeable Hawk Eagle, Scarlet Minivet, Prinia, Red Wattled Lapwing, SPotted Owlet , Greater Racket tailed Drongo, Whistling Duck, White -throated King fisher, Greater Coucal, Egrets, Zitting Cisticola, Gadwell Duck, Teal Ducks, Stonechat, Black hooded Bulbol, Crested Serpent Eagle ...

and of course India's national and still ubiquitos bird - The Peacock.
