What is the point of magnamously providing wi-fi connection on board when it's not possible to use a laptop on the drop down table in front of you because it's too close .
Likewise I don't blame the passenger who blocks the seat in front of him from reclining. We all need a reasonable amount of space.
.......and if the airlines offer premium economy seating for an extra fee, that in itself is admission that their regular cabin class is unacceptable.
Air rage will only continue to escalate unless the airlines start to pay attention to their only customer , the paying traveling public.
